Refund policy

The return policy of MBM Destroyit is on a case-to-case basis as per the issue. In case any damage to the product is noticed, please call us at (800) 992-5279 or email us at sales@clarybusinessmachines.com.

All items are to be inspected upon delivery by the customer, and any freight damages are to be marked as 'damaged' on the Bill of Lading (BOL). All returns are subject to a restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back.

Refunds apply only to returned products that arrive at our warehouse securely packaged and in the same undamaged condition as when they were delivered. Each return goes through an inspection by the warehouse team, and the refund is issued after the product clears this inspection. Products showing signs of damage or compromise resulting from inadequate packaging or customer handling do not qualify for a refund. The Return window (the amount of time a customer has to return a product) is 30 days.
